Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials, API keys, activity, and all content submitted through your account.

Acceptable use and prohibited NSFW content

You may use Seed Audio 2.0 only for lawful purposes. NSFW content is strictly prohibited.

• Do not request, upload, generate, distribute, or promote pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, fetish content, or sexually graphic audio.
• Any sexual content involving minors, age-ambiguous persons, exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual conduct is strictly forbidden and may be reported to authorities.
• Do not create hateful, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, violent, illegal, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not impersonate real people, clone voices without appropriate authorization, bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, scrape restricted data, or use outputs to facilitate fraud or harm.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for prompts, images, audio references, voices, and generated-output use.

Generated output

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other users’ results, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review outputs before publication or commercial use and are solely responsible for legal clearance, attribution, consent, and compliance.

Payments and credits

Prices, credit usage, plan limits, and applicable taxes are displayed at purchase. Credits have no cash value, may not be transferred unless expressly permitted, and are subject to the Refund Policy.

Enforcement and termination

We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal or safety risk, or threaten the service. Serious prohibited conduct may be preserved or reported where required by law.

Service changes and warranties

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed Audio 2.0 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
