Unused credit-pack purchases may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is normally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in our policy. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and request instructions.

Our Refund Policy provides for returning reserved credits when a generation fails because of a confirmed service error. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. Check your credit history and contact support if a failed request appears to have used credits.

Make sure you’re signed in to the account you used for the purchase, then refresh your credit balance. If the payment completed and the credits still don’t appear, email support@seedaudio2.app with your account email and payment confirmation or transaction ID so we can investigate.
