Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate Seed Audio 2.0.

• Account and contact information — such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and support correspondence.
• Generation inputs — prompts, selected voices, uploaded or linked audio references, image references, output settings, and other creative directions.
• Generated content — audio results, task identifiers, duration, format, status, download links, and associated generation history.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, feature interactions, IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and approximate region.
• Transaction data — selected plan, credit purchases, subscription status, invoices, payment method category, and payment confirmation. Full payment-card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by Seed Audio 2.0.

How we use information

• Create and manage your account and provide the Seed Audio 2.0 workspace and API.
• Process prompts and reference files, generate audio, store results, and maintain generation history.
• Calculate credit usage, administer subscriptions, process purchases, and provide transaction records.
• Diagnose errors, monitor performance, improve generation quality, and develop new product features.
• Protect users and the service by preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and prohibited content.
• Respond to support requests and send essential account, security, billing, and service notices.

AI inputs and generated audio

Prompts, reference audio, reference images, and generated files may be transmitted to infrastructure and AI-processing providers solely to complete generation requests and support service reliability. Do not upload confidential information or content you do not have permission to use.

We may retain task metadata and generated results so that you can access your work history. Deleting a work may not immediately remove backup, security, billing, or audit records that we must retain for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Seed Audio 2.0 may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, measure site performance, and understand how features are used. You can control many cookies through your browser, although disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
